New York Stage and Film is a non-profit company dedicated to both emerging and established artists in the development and production of theater and film. Since 1985, we’ve been a vital incubator for artists and their work, a catalyst for stories that start with us and continue across the country and around the world.
• To keep ticket prices low, ensuring that artists benefit from direct audience feedback, a crucial part of the development process.
• To encourage artists to take creative risks and experiment in a press-free environment.
• To provide fellowships, awards, and training to the next generation of theater artists.
• And to help launch landmark theater like Hamilton, Doubt, Bright Star, In Your Arms, and American Idiot, all of which were developed by NYSAF.
Supporters of $1000 or above are invited to join our Producers’ Circle. The Producers’ Circle is an intimate, informal group of active supporters, and an important part of the NYSAF community – they have close contact with the artists and staff of NYSAF, get behind-the-scenes access to the organization, and are a big part of the company’s future.
For more information on joining the Producers’ Circle, please contact Emily Zeck at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 212-736-4240.
